Saint Mary's Politics Professor Steve Woolpert appeared on the Sunday, Jan. 26 morning show on FOX2/KTVU-TV to discuss the historic impeachment proceedings against President Trump in the U.S. Senate. Woolpert, who envisioned the possibility of an impeachment trial and created a Jan Term class on the topic, spoke about the maneuverings by the House Managers from the U.S. House of Representatives to sway Senate members to allow witnesses and documents, and the efforts by the president's attorneys to thwart any such developments.
