Description

The filmmakers of the new documentary Teacher of the Year, which prominently features insights from SMC's Robert Bulman, acknowledged the scholarship of the Saint Mary's sociology professor in an American Public Media radio interview. Filmmaker Rob Phillips and Angie Scioli, the film's subject, discussed the documentary on The Story, a radio program produced by North Carolina Public Radio and distributed to 100 NPR stations across the country. The documentary is also currently being streamed through August 2, 2017 by the National Humanities Center.
