The aria is an excerpt from the oratorio, "Bodies on the Line: The Great Flint Sit-down Strike." One of ten works in the curated virtual exhibition SINGLE ISSUE, which featured theater, dance, visual art, and music that "centers and uplifts those the state might label Un-American."
